Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges: Customers are kindly requested to include the original packaging, manuals, and all product components with their return. Audiocity Motors upholds the right to decline returns or impose additional fees if the merchandise doesn’t meet the criteria of original packaging and ready-to-sell condition.

Please note that electronics, inflatable boats, trailers, and outboard engines are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. For all other products, refunds for returns must be initiated within 10 days, excluding shipping and handling fees. Returns for store credit or exchanges must be processed within 30 days. Special orders are ineligible for returns, considering their personalized nature. Items are replaced only if identified as defective or damaged, provided notification is made within 10 days. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the product from the customer. To qualify for a refund, customers must notify Audiocity Motors within 30 days and furnish a tracking number.

Shipping: For the convenience of our valued customers, major units available for online purchase are efficiently shipped via UPS or a freight carrier, meticulously chosen by Audiocity Motors’ adept logistics team. Most items not available for online purchase will require delivery through a freight carrier or specialized boat hauler, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.

Additional shipping costs may apply for shipments to remote locations and destinations outside the continental US, such as Alaska, Hawaii, and isolated areas and islands in the Florida Keys, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, and Washington. In rare instances of orders from these areas, an Audiocity Motors representative will diligently confirm shipping details and rates. Customers can then opt to cancel the order at no cost or cover any additional freight fees.

For parts orders, Audiocity Motors proudly offers shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Priority, meticulously selected by our logistics team to ensure timely delivery. Expedited shipping options are conveniently available during checkout. Please be advised that the cutoff time for same-day shipping is Noon, noon PST, Monday to Friday. Although expedited processing cannot be absolutely guaranteed without prior contact, we endeavor to meet your urgent requirements.

Flat rate shipping applies to the lower US 48 states, excluding specific special delivery locations such as the Florida Keys and other remote areas and islands. Free shipping includes the base transportation cost but excludes additional fees like oversized fees, residential delivery charges, limited access fees, lift gate fees, expedition fees, etc. To provide utmost transparency, additional fees are comprehensively listed during checkout on both product and checkout pages.

Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and are advised to obtain a tracking number for their shipments. Ensuring the safe return of packages is the responsibility of the customer.
